The MANDATE Pipeline

MANDATE is a serverless, multi-agent code review pipeline. Every tool execution attempt is intercepted by the ArmorIQ proxy, which cryptographically validates or blocks the action in real time based on Ed25519 IntentTokens.

1. Coordinator Agent

Mints the root IntentToken and delegates strictly scoped sub-tokens to specialized worker agents.

2. Specialized Sub-Agents

• Linter Agent: Analyzes the Git diff for syntax and styling issues. (Scope: READ_DIFF, RUN_LINTER, POST_COMMENT)
• Security Agent: Scans for vulnerabilities, hardcoded secrets, and unsafe logic. (Scope: READ_DIFF, RUN_SECURITY_SCAN, POST_COMMENT)
• Performance Agent: Evaluates algorithmic efficiency and blocking I/O operations. (Scope: READ_DIFF, RUN_PERFORMANCE_ANALYSIS, POST_COMMENT)
